COVID-19 - OFFICE UPDATE: Our office is open!!

New Office Hours 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Mondays through Thursday Based upon current CDC guidelines, all persons entering our office must wear a mask or cloth facial covering. Due to our limited supplies, our medical grade masks will be restricted for use by our staff during direct patient contact. We will not be able to dispense medical masks to patients at this time.

We are asking patients to call from their car upon arrival to check in. Care is being taken to limit patient to patient contact with appointments every half hour. One patient and a caregiver is allowed at the visit. We continue to wear masks and sanitize the office between patients.

Dr. Kurlanski is capable of performing telemedicine consultations for new and established patients. If you have a medical concern or question, our staff can determine if you need to be treated in the office or may be able to provide appropriate temporary home treatment recommendations. We have set up an e-commerce site to purchase products from our in office store. Phone orders are also available with curbside pick up.
