An initial consultation is $299 and includes your exam, diagnosis, treatment plan, and imaging. Shockwave and laser therapy are $175 per session or $595 for five. Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards, and CareCredit is available. We can also provide a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
